Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is C-Motion Play, association, SIREN 884 334 905, registered office: 9 rue des 22 Arpents, 95340 Bernes-sur-Oise, France. Related business: C-MOTION PLAY CONSULTING, sole proprietorship (EI), SIRET 880 616 479 00023.

For any question about your personal data, write to contact@cmotionplay.fr.

What we collect and why

Contact form. If you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your email address, the scope and goal you select, the message you write and the page you sent it from. We use this information only to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.

Emails. If you write to contact@cmotionplay.fr, we process your email address and the content of your message for the same purpose and on the same legal basis.

Technical data. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that automatically processes the technical data needed to deliver and secure the site: IP address, date and time of the request, pages requested, browser and device type. We do not use this data to identify visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the website.

We do not ask for sensitive data, so please do not include any in your message. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set any cookies and does not use local storage or similar technologies, whether for advertising, social networks or personalization. Fonts are hosted on our own servers, and no third-party video or map is loaded. For this reason, no cookie banner is displayed.

Audience measurement. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not track you across websites or build profiles. It only produces aggregated statistics (pages viewed, country, referring site, browser type, loading performance) so that we can understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring the audience of our website. You may object at any time by writing to contact@cmotionplay.fr.

If we add other measurement tools or third-party content in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent beforehand where the law requires it.

Who receives your data

Your data is accessible only to the C-Motion Play team. We rely on the following service providers, acting on our instructions: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, content delivery, security and audience measurement of the website) and Resend (delivery of contact form messages to our mailbox), as well as our email provider, which hosts the contact@cmotionplay.fr mailbox.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep your data

Contact requests are kept for the time needed to handle them and, if no business relationship follows, for up to three years after our last exchange, after which they are deleted. If we work together, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (for example, accounting records).

Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period that it determines.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.

Right of access. You may obtain confirmation that your personal data is, or is not, being processed, and access to it.

Right to rectification. You may have inaccurate personal data concerning you corrected.

Right to erasure. You may ask us to erase your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, when you withdraw your consent (where processing is based on it), when you object to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate reason, when it has been processed unlawfully, or when erasure is required by law.

Right to restriction. You may ask us to restrict the processing of your data while we verify its accuracy after you contest it, when the processing is unlawful and you prefer restriction to erasure, when we no longer need the data but you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or while we check whether our legitimate grounds override yours after you object.

Right to object. You may object at any time to the processing of your data based on our legitimate interest. We will then stop, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the data is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You may also object at any time to the use of your data for prospecting.

Right to portability. Where processing is based on your consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means, you may receive the data you gave us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.

Withdrawing consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

You may also give instructions about what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@cmotionplay.fr. We reply as soon as possible and in any case within one month. Given the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by two further months, in which case we will tell you within the first month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés), 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr.

Security and updates

The website is served over a secure HTTPS connection and messages are accessible only to the team. We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to the law.

Your data may be disclosed where required by law, by regulation or by a decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority, or where necessary for us to protect our rights and interests.
